About Oziegbe Cyril Joy Oluchi:

    Iam Oziegbe Cyril Joy Oluchi, am a Nigerian, am graduate of Accountancy, studied Accounting at Degree level, also studied Business Admistration and Management at National Diploma level.         My ojective is to work effectively and efficiently in any given organization to contribute to the organization’s success through the use of interpersonal skills and to work in an establishment where my administrative, organizational and professional skills will be maximally utilized.  iam very loyal, supportive,  helpful in administrative/finance management assistance.       Iam a stabilizing force in a group and invest lots of time building relationships with my peers. I work best in a serene work environment, avoiding chaos and sudden change. I deal with internal affairs: drafting letters, managing schedules, organizing paying expenses, writing reports, proposals, business letters, maintaining records, bills, documents; managing the office environment, ensuring resources are adequately utilised, planning for the future, staffing etc. I also create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions.

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable.
  • Review and process reimbursements.
  • Prepare budgets.
  • Maintain reports on financial metrics, including investments, return on assets and growth rates.
  • Keep records of invoices and tax payments. 

Iam passionate to find a challenging position to meet my competencies, capabilities and  experience. As an administrative/ Finance assistant who is a crucial piece of the functioning of an entire office, it is my job to make that happen. I am tremendously organized, enjoy making things flow more smoothly and have 8 years of experience doing this. I have stayed in this career because i love doing it.

- Took stock of inventory once a month and reported timely findings of 
damaged equipment/ items which helped in cutting down the

Checking Section Duties: 
• Verifies the filing of various journals, subsidiary ledger and general 
ledgers, coordinate the organization’s cash deposit and cashier 
management, see to the organizations invoice. 
Revenue Section 
• Familiar with tax process, proficient in using tax control and billing 
system. 
• Deals with bank, tax and other government departments. Proactive and 
responsible in work. Able to complete tasks assigned by leaders on time.

 • Implements the organizations salary plan, checking the authenticity and 
accuracy of salary documents, and responsible for the payment of 
salary, bonuses with the use of salary accounting, according to the 
requirement of management.

- Responsible for tax reduction, daily reimbursement, check usage, invoice 
issuing and registration.
