Your organic produce farm generates some of the greatest products in green valley and would certainly benefit from a farm hand with previous knowledge and experience. I work well doing whatever is most needed to benefit the term and am not afraid to take on the more difficult or less desirable task. 
The posted farm hand advertisement notes that the ability to handle farm equipment is a must as well as being available seasonally as necessary. Having grown up on a small farm, I have years of experience operating the appropriate machinery to till, plant and pick nuts, vegetables and fruit. 
I also understand the need for more hands during the more work intensive parts of the growing season and an able to adapt my schedule to meet the need. I am eager to expand on my existing knowledge to promote the growth and success of your farm.
