I am Owen Monday Osemwegie, born on 05 May 1985. I joined the military 2007, and I retired December 2022 after spending 16 years. I was a diver, Surveillance Systems Operator, and a Radar plotter in the military. I graduated from university of Benin, study educational management. September 2023, I got my commercial diving certificate from MECD middle East for commercial diving Egypt.
