• Manage readiness of OIMR/ Intervention / construction vessels and associated interfaces with other vessels, such as cargo-barge, HLV, etc.
•  Manage interface with different contractors in Rigless Well Interventions, offshore Jumpers and Xtree installations – SPS, Logistics, Procurement, Welding & Fabrication, Regulatory Agencies, etc. 
• Develop and review offshore documentation, ensure compliance and technical feasibility 
• Develop new and revised versions of procedures and studies based on comments and inputs received and processed.
• Developed in-house capability for Hydraulic Flying Lead installation on Producer Wells thereby saving approximately $24k per well tied to the network since 2016.
• Support the Emergency Pipelines & Subsea Repair System (EPSRS) spares procurement and maintenance.
• Support the OIMR vessel planning to accommodate various entities’ requests and effectively minimize idle time.
• Engineered the execution of contracts to attained optimal service delivery.
• Controlled the cost of execution to be within contract ceiling as much as reasonably practicable.
• Optimised the time involved in developing and review of technical procedures, drawings, plans, AAR, etc.
