An MPH Graduate with Competencies in Designing Community Capacity Development Programmes; Epidemiology & Biostatistics; Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of Equity-Focused Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Interventions; and Fostering Strategic Partnerships and Collaborations to achieve Program Overall Objectives.

Research Interests: 
● Psychosocial Interventions for the Intersection and Comorbidity of Low Vision Disability and Mental Health: Using the WHO mhGAP-IG.
● Adverse Religious Experiences (AREs): A Social Determinant of Mental Health (SDOmH).
● The Downside of Social Capital: The Mental Health Impacts of Social Ostracism from Long-term/Childhood Communities.

I have three years of public health research experience and eleven years of clinical practice experience both in hospital and non-hospital and retail optical chain settings, both locally and overseas.
