A professional Engineer with over 4 years experience in Network Operations and Management with keen interest in Network optimization. I've served in various capacities during and after my National Youth Service, one of which is the role of Network Surveillance Specialist where I understood fault monitoring, , capturing and resolution on telecommunication sites. I also have good understanding of remote monitoring systems (RMS), Network Incident Management and Analytics as well as Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word which will be very essential for this role.
