I possess proven abilities in Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, workshop /sprint Facilitation,Translation of business requirements to functional and non functional requirements. Gap analysis, drawing use case diagram (UML),  Prototype, wire frame, personals, process flow. writing user stories, priotizing PBI,interpersonal relationships. Am flexible and always ready to learn.
Process mapping includes all the activities a project entails form start or input-process steps - process step, to finish or output.
