Key Accomplishment and Responsibility:          

  • Drive the sales campaign on acquisition of new customers in all Enugu, Ebonyi and Umuahia Regions and Branches.
  • Sales Force Management for effective delivery of organizational goals.
  • I provide continuous Learning and Development and Knowledge base upgrades for the Sales team to position them for success in the sales Field.
  • I Manage the Human Resources/ Personnel needs of the Direct Sales team comprising over 170 Direct Sales Executives.
  • Recruitment and onboarding and off-boarding of new DSE into various Branches in the AREA.
  • Mentor over 170 Direct Sales Executives (SME, Personal Banking, Commercial and Consumer Lending), within the Directorate with the goal of building Capacity and meeting the Team deliverables.
  • Mentor over 50 Profit Center Managers (SME, Personal Banking, Commercial and Consumer Lending), within the Directorate with the goal of building Capacity and meeting the Team deliverables.
  • We (My team and I) met our MOM and YTD sales and Deposit budgets consistently.
  • Responsible for providing outcomes aligned with customer's prioritized solutions and workloads thereby creating opportunities for partners to Cross sell and upsell.
  • Responsible for identifying sales opportunities and initiating appropriate marketing plan and strategic deployment of manpower to capture the core market share.
  • Maintain and expand customer base by coaching Direct Sales Executives and PCMs; building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities.
