As a Customer Service Team Leader, I am responsible for all aspects of the customer relationship experience and for driving positive customer behavior through the creation of initiatives such as training programs, process improvements, and feedback mechanisms. I am skilled in managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they consistently meet performance targets and deliver excellent service. I have a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, and I can use this knowledge to develop strategies that enhance the customer experience. Additionally, I have excellent communication and problem-solving skills which allow me to effectively address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. Overall, my goal is to ensure that every interaction a customer has with our company is positive, and that their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

I studied Philosophy in the University of Benin and did a Postgraduate in Education in the University of Lagos.
