My name is Ajowele Oluwatobi, am a graduate of science laboratory technology from the Nigeria Institute of Science Laboratory Technology, the Federal University of Technology Akure.

As a technologist, my line of discipline is Chemistry/ Biochemistry with Certification as an Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Science Laboratory Technology which give me the advantage to work with sweet sensation as Quality control and assurance for six years across the outlets, cake, food processing factory, bakery and warehouse.

When the need to have a restaurant/operation manager in the outlets with basic food safety, general operation training, training the trainer experience customer service, etc I was given the opportunity to serve ( promoted ) at Olowora outlet  Ojodu Berger, Adeola Adetokunbo and Adeola Odekun outlet both  at Victoria Island.

My nine years of experience with sweet sensation gave me the privilege to work with the Hubmart store at Victoria Island as production head for close to two years before being part of the quality control and assurance team at QMB Hypermart at Lekki

I also have certification as a lead Auditor at Hazzard Analytical Critical Control Point at  International HACCP Alliance USA with NIFEST.

Also ongoing certification as a Health Safety and Environment 123 with Deslog international training institute in Lagos

I have close to 12 years of experience in the food and water industries
