As the site operation manager/supervisor, I monitor the progress of supplying blocks, granite, cement and other building materials to client construction site and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations. I have also supervise construction workers and subcontractors, educate client and construction workers on site safety practices and evaluate performance and give detailed report to my boss.
