I am FABUSUYI, Oluwaseun Abiodun, a committed, sympathetic, and conscientious health care assistant with a variety of abilities in clinical and medical operations with 3years experience. I have a great desire to excel in everything and am smart, intelligent, and hardworking. I am quite proficient in both critical thinking and communication. I have initiated among other tasks, and as a team, introduced monthly community check-ups for Geriatrics and counsel them on the type of food and amount of water needed to be taken daily. Also, I led a team to train groups of community women who had superstitious beliefs on issues relating to Covid-19 prevention, Cesarean delivery, Rhesus factor and the confusion on the sole use of drugs and the side effects of combing trado-medication with Doctors prescription to the cure for jaundice in new born. These training and community support work increased the quality of service and patronage by 20% within six (6) months in 2020. Most importantly is the introduction of home service care which had made ATS Clinic and Maternity different from other clinics in that community, where I tutor and supervise Care Assistant apprentices in the art of passion and patience in care, handling patient complains, First Aid/CPR, Mental Health Awareness, Stress Management and fire incident. Aiming to leverage these abilities to successfully fill the Health Care Assistant role at your company.
