I managed large clientele, over 500 equipment/vehicles/staffs/operators/drivers on aggregate, more than 20 vendors/3PL at more than 50 footprints, achieved empirical reduction in indirect costs to company due to best in class drivers/logistics staffs management/training, performance measurement/incentive-loyalty program, regulatory measures, logged data accuracy, and elimination of inefficiencies through technology driven route, site, journey, safety, security, reporters/tracker etc.)
