 I have track record in efficiently planning, forecasting, organizing, coordinating, executing, measuring, modelling and managing transportation/logistics contract. Synchronizing stocks supply with ever changing demand pattern, adapting to market forces, changing customer operations requirement/contingencies, and achieving order fulfillment at the right cost, time, specification, quality and location can be very challenging. But I have successfully managed the complexities and delivered company business,financial and service delivery plans/targets. I have attended several training/courses, managed several fleet contacts for large corporates and multinationals, and conducted several researches on fleet and road transportation management. I have certification with Nigeria Institute of management and membership with Chartered Institute of Logistics Transport (CILT-UK) and American Society of Mechanical Engineers(ASME).

Sharing with your company my wealth of experience of about fifteen years of my job history with Automotive, logistics and fleet management companies will cause sharp reduction in turnaround time to achieve high capacity utilization-maximum loaded mileage/high average load per month/year, economics of scale, reduction in operating cost, back-haul possibilities, service quality, and reposition your company ahead of competition.

I managed large clientele, over 500 equipment/vehicles/staffs/operators/drivers on aggregate, more than 20 vendors/3PL at more than 50 footprints, achieved empirical reduction in indirect costs to company due to best in class drivers/logistics staffs management/training, performance measurement/incentive-loyalty program, regulatory measures, logged data accuracy, and elimination of inefficiencies through technology driven route, site, journey, safety, security, reporters/tracker etc.)

I had a record reduction in direct costs due to compliance to preplanned fleet routine oil service, preventive and specialized maintenance of spares/tyres, technology driven fuel consumption tracking/fuel saving, and elimination of costly direct labours inefficiencies)
