Oluwafunmike Dare

I am a social worker, passionate about helping people who are struggling with self acceptance, mental health, and addiction. I believe that by working with these individuals I can help them gain the confidence they need to live full and fulfilling lives. I have a degree in social work from the university of Ilorin. I believe in the power of relationships, and I believe that everyone can change for the better if given an opportunity. I've had a lot of field experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds, the juvenile homes, geriatric

settings, domestic violence and crisis intervention. My primary focus is helping individuals develop self-directed plans for their own care and well-being, but I also like to work with families to help them navigate issues such as trauma recovery and parenting. I have a passion for understanding the human condition, and I believe that all people are worthy of respect and dignity. What's life outside of work like? Well, I'm passionate about acting. I love the challenge of putting myself in a character's shoes and seeing how they react. 

As a recent graduate with a background in social work and experience in hospital operations, I possess the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
My experience as an operations manager has equipped me with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. In addition, my social work education has provided me with strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to problem-solving.
