As an IT enthusiast, I developed a strong foundation in technical ability, honing my analytical and problem-solving skills. This technical knowledge has been instrumental in my role as an outsourcing project manager, where I effectively managed and coordinated cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results within budget and timeline constraints

As General Manager, I have further enhanced my project management skills by utilizing industry-leading tools such as Jira and ClickUp. I have successfully implemented agile methodologies and fostered a collaborative work environment, resulting in improved project efficiency and client satisfaction.

Recognizing the rapid growth and importance of cloud computing, I am excited to embark on a new learning journey to deepen my expertise in this domain. I recently discovered the Cloud Computing program offered by ALX Africa, a renowned institution known for its high-quality educational programs. Through this program, I am acquiring a comprehensive knowledge of cloud computing concepts, platforms, and best practices. I am confident that this expertise will enable me to effectively contribute to cloud-based projects, driving innovation and optimizing operational efficiency.
