My areas of expertise lies in data quality management, supervision, field surveys, monitoring and evaluation and enumeration. I am experienced in data governance, data cleansing, and data analysis with proven ability to develop and implement data quality processes that improves data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. I have proven track record in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from conception to completion while maintaining safety standards. Excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives. I possess field experience conducting surveys and data collection.

Few highlight of my achievements/qualification:

● Managed a team of 20+ construction workers and ensured that all safety procedure

● Fostered relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations which helped in developing appropriate solutions that met their needs — improved client satisfaction by 95%.

● Assisted the Project Director with the development of the M&E plan for the project, including indicator selection, target settings, reporting, database management and developing M&E and performance monitoring plans.

● Trained new enumerators on the most efficient and effective way to collect data — resulted in a 20% increase in productivity. 

Throughout my experience I have mastered the use of various tools such as the use of RedCap, CENSUS Pad, Monitoring App, MS office suite, CSentry, Enumeration Pad, Tableau, and SQL, which I strongly believe are a strong requirement to help me excel in this position. I am a trained and certified Data Quality Manager by the National Population Commission.

I had a bachelor degree in  social studies Education from Obafemi Awolowo university ile ife and I also further by getting a Master's degree in early childhood education from the same institution.
