my name is Olumide Abolaji Emmanuel, im from Yagba west part of Kogi state Egbe to be precise. I graduated from unilorin in 2013, i have worked as verification officer in alerzo and also as inventory officer in alerzo. i have a job experience of 2-3 years in similar post. im a very hardworking, honest person.

I have been a successful Inventory Officer for over a year with Alerzo Limited. In my present position, I efficiently enter good outwards (GON) and good inward (GIN), take daily records of stock in both opening and closing stock, write down all daily sales in the bin card, receive and check the quantity and quality of procurements into the inventory, identify fast moving and slow moving stock in inventory, do daily and periodic physical stock count, and work in conjunction with the stock analyst to ensure physical count tallies with stock analyst records input,  gather invoices, waybill, statements, and report; storing of hard copies of data, perform data analysis for supply chain, perform the duty of an inventory analyst along with that of a stock controller,  I do take delivery of all incoming goods and reconciled with a purchase order, do physical supervision and stacking of offloaded goods, manage inventory/supplies, and ensured they are within minimum and the maximum level, keep up to date records of receipt, and withdrawals from the stock room. I also have experience as an IT Support Officer.

I have great IT/computer skills and can work with any IT/computerized data collection or inventory control system to track various aspects of the inventory. This allows for the proper amount of inventory and tracks defective inventory, record and maintain inventory lists, check the product for consistency, and process shipping orders, rates of return, rates of purchase, and rates of accuracy. Likewise, my interpersonal skills are great and have good human and infrastructure resource management skills, likewise, as customer service skills to respond to clients and customers in the best manner and fill out all reports in a timely manner. Previous to this position i was a Verification Officer and checking officer where i checked the quality of purchased and procurements good before before offloading, also check the manufacturing and expiring date of the products, i check for the quantity of the procurement and stock before its offloaded to the warehouse, i receive the invoice and stack the stock going for sales for the delivery fan check the health,quality and quantity of the product going out for sales, i compute and calculate the amount of sale on each invoice going out for sales which at the end of daily operation i check the balance the calculated amount with the received amount with the accounting officer, i accept return product from the sales prepare a documentation that will check balance with the available stock in the inventory.
