I currently work in UBA, as a Settlement analyst, on E-banking specifically, i am hard working, trustworthy, Team spirited and high customer communication skill

Working as a Cashier officer in a supermarket was a great start in experiencing how to relate and resolve customer issues, this acquired skill helped me in my current Job as a Settlement analyst for the past 3 years +, , i learnt a lot in this space, multi-tasking, Customer issue resolution, ensuring bank's position jive with report provided by switch and Teamwork.

My job function gave me overview of what banking entails and this has helped me understand more on how to tackle financial issues.
