Ensure the supervision of Updating and reconciling of customer’s meter accounts vis-à-vis Disco records/account. 

Develop and implement smart prepayment meter solutions for residential, commercial and Industrial customers. 

Design and deploy advanced metering infrastructure to enable real-time and data analytics.

Configure meter software to meet specific customer requirements and ensure accurate data collection.

Conduct meter calibrations to maintain accuracy and reliability of metering systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional team to integrate metering solutions with existing energy management systems.

Provide technical support and training internal teams, external installers and customers on metering technologies and software.

Develop and implement maintenance strategy for meters installed.

Conduct technical tests on maximum demand meters to ascertain proper functionality.
