• Provide technical assistance to the company’s internal and external users on all desktop systems encompassing PCs/ Laptops hardware and software, printers and other peripherals to ensure timely and effective resolution of all reported problems.
• Assist in monitoring all office PCs and networking devices such as hubs and network storage and attend to basic level support problems and troubleshooting to ensure all peripherals are working properly.
• Support and maintain systems including, but not limited to cabling, routers, switches and interconnecting LAN and WAN communication protocols, testing and fixing faulty equipment, etc.
• Troubleshoot communications between computers, networks, data switches, printers, and other network resources to resolve operational issues and restore services, as well as maintaining and supporting the routers and switches.
