I am a resourceful and experienced care assistant and administrative officer. I am committed to providing my patience with the best care possible.  I am a highly motivated, compassionate and emphatic and understanding care assistant and can perform my duties with little or no supervision. I  have been a great team player all through my career, working harmoniously with other team members to achieve the set goals and objectives of the organization. I am particularly skilled at taking care of the elderly suffering from dementia, antenatal care and physically challenged with disabilities Additionally, I developed quality relationship with client and their relatives while maintaining a high level of professionalism in the discharge of my duties. • Supporting nurses and doctors in patients care, non-clinical support and infectioncontrol tasks.
• Manage basic wound care alongside the nurses.
• Assisting the nurse with general patients check – ups, immunization and vaccine preparation.
• Identifying potential concerns with the patients’ healthand escalating this to nursingand doctor team
• I assist with looking after the physical comfort of patients, for example helping them to wash and emptying bedpans.
• I am always at alert to patient’s physical and mental wellbeing
