I am a passionate Project Manager with 5+ years in Information Technology project management. I specialize in helping companies maximize their project performance. In the last five years alone, I have developed digital strategies and managed dozens of critical technology projects within a set timeline and budget, with an average of 100% improvement in performance which is what I am passionate about.

My strength is the fact that I am a creative and versatile problem solver. I leverage my strong business analysis skills to help stakeholders gain deep insights into business and translate requirements into smart business goals. I am vast with Agile methodology and in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, improving processes and communicating ideas to unblock progress. I have extensive experience in seeing projects through from planning to closure. I have managed dozens of technology projects in an agile environment where the development process is adapted to changing requirements. The deliverables must be shipped to the users at the earliest using a minimum viable product (MVP). I gathered and managed requirements through a prioritization and grooming process that can be represented in the form of story points to the team while ensuring effective communication across the stakeholders.

I have also managed many business process projects that utilize analytical approaches to diagnose process gaps and waste, model a suitable solution using business data and manage the execution process. I guide teams to apply design thinking and analytical approach to problem-solving and which availed me 100% success in the projects I have managed.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and a Mini-MBA in Business Management. I am a PMP, Scrum Master Google certified Professional Analyst, and a COREN licensed Engineer with several other professional micro-credentials training.
