Account Receivable Function  

• Daily/periodic Invoicing – process invoices for relevant departments upon receipt of relevant invoice request 
• Receipt customer payments – process cheque payments, and direct deposits 
• Daily banking – cheques and cash 
• Communicate with staff/members/customers regarding invoicing and payment of invoice
• Processing monthly journals 

Accounts Payable Function 

• Processing of creditors invoices 
• Raising of payments ensuring proper authorisations – via cheque and electronic funds transfer 
• Processing of corporate credit card transactions – ensuring corporate purchasing policy is being followed by relevant cardholders 
• Manage and reconcile office petty cash 
• Communicate with creditors regarding outstanding accounts and payment of outstanding accounts

Others

• Monthly Interconnect Reconciliation
• Preparation of Monthly Bill for client and Interconnect for Primary Network Providers
• Preparation of Annual Budget for Inflow 
• Payment Confirmation of SMAT Number for provisioning
• Process submitted invoices for payment.
• Monthly Report on workflow
• Payroll function.
• Annual Returns and filling 
• Dealing with clients’ complaint and inquiry. 
• Assist in Administrative Functions
• Compliance Activities – Assist in preparation of VAT, PAYE, Withholding, Pension, VAT Remittance, PAYE and Pension Remittance
• In charge of all source documents
• In charge of customer data base
• Liaise with office supplier or vendor
• Perform other duties as assign by the Management
• Support Auditors on documents needed for Audit Exercise and
• Management of Filing System
