My Unique Qualifications such as 
 -Managing the day to day activities within the premise  to ensure that all facilities provided are sustainable and functional at all time bearing company's standard  valuation.
-Coordinating and supervising of debt recovery associated  with  the rates/charges within the facilities. 
-General customers services through phone calls with the sole aim of proffering  solutions to their immediate problems within the facilities
Valuation & management of facilities within the premise  for the purpose of refurbishing and routine renovations and revaluation where necessary.
-Completing of necessary documentation associated with maintenance,  sales, letting, lease, and facility management.  Such as:-   Inspection report.                       
-Maintenance of detailed record of all transaction of facilities been managed. 
-Monitoring of technicians and facility personnel charged with maintenance and repairs to deliver promptly and accurately bearing in mind clients specification. 
-Undertaking investment survey and preparation of the final report on possible ways of improving general management .
