I am a young graduate of English and Literary Studies with a second class degree, and have the zeal to achieve excellence. I am looking forward to taking any opportunity granted to me, to explore my field and communication skills by demonstrating core competence with excellence.
 

I am a young graduate of English and Literary Studies with previous work experience as an English Tutor, Presiding Officer, and a Customer Service Representative. 
I formerly worked as an English Tutor at Faith College Ore (August 2022 – May 2023), where I taught, allocated and graded assignments, prepared periodic progress report cards, prepared lesson plans and notes, and supervised group presentations.

Also, I formerly worked as an Ad-hoc Staff (Presiding officer) with Independent National Electoral Commission (February 2023 – March 2023). I was responsible for the collection and return of election materials, responsible for the polling station management and ensured all voters were treated politely.

During my time as a Customer Service Representative at Great Cakes and Pastries Company (May 2020 – May 2022), I handled customer inquiries, resolved complaints, and provided product information. I consistently delivered high-quality service, resulting in positive customer feedback and an increase in customer retention. My excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers allowed me to effectively address their needs and concerns. 
My work experience has equipped me with excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills. I am adept at handling challenging situations and maintaining a positive attitude. 

I hold a Bachelor's degree in English and Literary Studies from the prestigious Kogi State University Anyigba. Throughout my academic journey, I developed a deep understanding of literature, critical analysis, and effective communication.
My coursework included the study of various literary genres, literary theory, and effective writing techniques. I honed my analytical and research skills through in-depth literary analysis and interpretation. 
My education in English and Literary Studies has provided me with a strong foundation in critical thinking and effective communication. I am eager to leverage my academic knowledge and practical experience to contribute to a team and make a meaningful impact.
