I am a self driven goal oriented person open to learning, sharing knowledge and inspiring people. I pride myself with my values, confidence and strongwill.

Louisa holds a Msc Masters of Industrial & Personnel Relations from UI with over 10years working experience  as a Customer Care Representative (Mtn Franchise), HR. Consultant (Iyvagreen) and currently Head HR & Admin.(JPS) etc, I have  acquired certain skills which remains  valuable wherever I go. My areas of competence include but not limited to:
1. HR Consulting(Talent acquisition, Performance management, Policy design & Implementation, Employee Relations, Attendance Management,  Workplace Discipline)etc.

I specialize in not just core HR functions such as Talent acquisition, Performance management, Policy design & Implementation, Employee Relations, Attendance Management,  Workplace Discipline)etc.but also Public & Media Relations (Online & Print) & Protocols, Admin.& Secetarial functions, Auditing etc.
I stand out with my strong Interpersonal skills also I am goal oriented and  diligent in carrying out my roles.
