I am obarein philip Oaikhena a professional Maintenance Manager with over ten(10) years on-the-job experience, highly skilled in  maintaining mechanical and  electrical devices as well as the general maintenance of facilities. I am willing to put in my best to make  sure that my contribution counts towards not only bringing significant  growth and development to any  organizations. ROLE PURPOSE / SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnoses of generator set faults, services and maintenance of the generator [30kva] [60kva] [commins & perkins]. General repair and maintenance of the hospital medical devices and equipment such as patient monitor, x-ray, delon machine, irrigation pumping, machine, electric suction and oxygen concentration machine. And also maintenance of all the building facilities such as plumbing, piping system both maintenance and installation of electrical appliances.
