Dear Hiring Manager, As a Sound Technician with 5 years of experience in broadcasting and event management settings, I apply with enthusiasm for this opportunity. I am currently a Sound Engineer with Urban Radio 94.5 Enugu, where I work on client broadcast, audio editing, advertisements and jingle making projects for some of the country's leading brands. Mirroring your requirements, I collaborate closely with the project team to identify and plan goals, strategy, potential risks, and client needs. In particular, I manage the setup process for all sound equipment, direct broadcast engineering support throughout the project, and carry out diagnostics, troubleshooting and routine/preventive maintenance. I possess a detailed understanding of broadcasting, production and programming systems, equipment, and industry regulations. As well as strong configuration and supporting experience with audio systems, I am thoroughly familiar with the latest digital consoles (SC48, Vi, X32, M32, etc.) and continually research emerging audio technologies. In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Diploma in Studio Sound Engineering. Due to budget cuts, my position has been made redundant.
