I have an excellent knowledge of cut edge technology for new applications and 
modifications to existing ones. Inform and train new and current employees on the new
computer software and ICT systems, also for them to adhere to the new security ICT 
policies. I am innovative with ICT and gender, elections, and election empathize from 
a gender perspective. Troubleshoot any IT technical issue and resolve it in a courteous, 
professional, and timely manner in person or via email, telephone and/or other 
electronic media. Complete setup and configuration of company laptops and desktops 
and troubleshoot these devices as the need arises. Am a great team player who maintain 
accurate IT asset inventory and assist in the acquisition of new ones if necessary.

In addition to experience as an IT Expert, I am well vast in computer support system. I
install, maintain, upgrades and updates operating systems and user applications, like
software installations., license management, server set up and management, 
Deployment of equipment, network and printer support. I have great experience in 
setting up and support audio/visual equipment for presentations and training on and off-site.
