I am a motivated, confident and reliable individual with nine years of practical experience of working as a Procurement specialist in the oil and gas industry. I am an excellent communicator that can relate well with people at all levels and have the flexibility of working well as part of a team and on my own.
I am also a team player that possesses sound knowledge of Vendors Management, Sourcing, Negotiating, good reporting, Contract Management, Logistics, project management and analytical skills.
I am seeking a challenging position that would enable me work in a multi-functional environment, and build on my own experience, as well as maximally utilize my training and experience to the benefit of the organization under minimum supervision.

 Receiving and processing requests for quotation.
 Carry out preparation of Commercial Bid Analysis and Bidding
for contracts (online and offline).
 Obtaining quotes from Suppliers, Preparing and submitting
quotations to clients.
 Collaborating with key persons to ensure the clarity of the
specifications and expectations of the company.
 Creating and maintaining good relationships with
vendors/suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the
company.
 Evaluating the performance of certain vendors in order to
decide whether or not to continue buying from them.
 Ensuring that products are delivered in a timely manner, and
that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory.
 Checking invoices for accuracy, and authorizing the accounts
payable department to issue payment and also liaising with
the finance department to resolve supplier payment issues.
 Maintaining and reviewing all records of purchased goods,
including their costs, deliveries and inventories.
 Preparing packages for shipment to clients according to
purchase order details and inventory.
 Reporting and investigating any process deviation to ensure
continuous improvement on service quality.
 Conducting regular procurement meetings, providing updates on
schedule performance, resource utilization, and potential impacts
on project outcomes.
 Analysing procurement data and performance metrics to identify
trends, opportunities for improvement, areas of concern, and
recommend appropriate adjustments to procurement schedules
and resource allocation.
 Collaborating with Inventory, logistics, and supply chain teams to
ensure timely delivery of materials and resources needed for
project execution.
