About Nelson Aremo:

Making a great impact in the transformation and Customers centricity drive of firstbank of Nigeria Ltd is one of the key roles of Nelson for over ten years, and still running. 

As Product of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Masters degree holder in Finance, I was able to make a significant contribution to the financial industry with  special interest in Customer Experience improvement, Control Functions, Operations and Services, Operational Risk management, branch management, Learning and Capacity development among others.

My special innovation ideas and result oriented mindset is a critical driver for me, in meeting set targets.
