As Product of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Masters degree holder in Finance, I was able to make a significant contribution to the financial industry with  special interest in Customer Experience improvement, Control Functions, Operations and Services, Operational Risk management, branch management, Learning and Capacity development among others.
