• Assisted in the management and maintenance of SCOPE registration equipment including (cards, computers and phones), identify and report issues faced by beneficiaries in various local markets; 
• Team Lead in scope card printing and editing of card layout 
• Assist CBT officer in distribution of scope card to beneficiaries
• Liaised with local authorities in the organization of the planning of beneficiary registration activities. 
• Collate data and contribute to the preparation of reports on SCOPE related issues and provide information for better decision-making by stakeholders.
