Having worked within the industry for over 11years, I have developed a wide range of skills with many achievements by converting loss making to profit making branch, increasing branch balancesheet from N800M to N1.5B within an interval of three  years and recovered sticky non-performing loan. I have worked as a Teller,  Transaction  Officer customer service, Relationship officer and in my present role as an Acting business
development manager/Retail team lead relationship officer for WEMABankPlc. 

Experience

I) My position as a Team lead Retail Officer/ Acting  Business Development Manager implies managing total balance sheet of both assets and liability of the branch. 

Creating loan for credit worthy customers and close monitoring. 

Revenue growth to increase profitability of the branch. 

Reducing cost of fund by negotiating with investor for the benefit of bank and customers. 

Reducing dormancy Accounts and increases the data customers base.

Mobilization of funds via cash flow. Preparing branch performance reports. 

Supervising the work of the  subordinate.

ii) Relationship officer implies: Marketing bank's products to both customers and prospects.

Proper monitoring of Accounts within my cabal.

Timely processing of facilities to the customers on demand.

Vault in of customers' documents for booking of facility and monitoring of the customers to avoid been default.

Confirmation of clearing cheques.

III) Transaction officer Fund transfer indicate, transferring of funds from one account to other.

Issuing of bank draft to customers on demand.

Processing of Western Union and money gram

 Onboarding customers' information  on online platform for easy transaction.

Investment of funds 

Tillin and Till out fund for Teller

Loading of cash to ATM ( AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE) .

 

iv) Customer Service Officer

Attending to customers' complaint and requests.

Opening customers Accounts.

Reactivation of of Domant Accounts.

Printing of  account's statement  posting of bank charges to customer's  Accounts.

Updating customer's information on  system.

Processing ATM card for customers

Issue reference letter, confirmation letter and non-indeptedness on demand and posting of bank charges according to bank policy.

 

 

 

Education

I completed my B.Tech (Hons) in Agric Economic and Extension at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso, Nigeria in year 2007.

My MBA ( Finance ) was done as well at LAUTEH in year 2013.
