I update price list of vendor database
Control Samaritan care and support initiative purchase procedures
Compose and archive purchase procedures
Negotiate prices, deadlines and method of delivery
I ensure that relationships with suppliers are monitored
I assist in the planning and execution of maintenance and repair work on SACSUI vehicle
I draw up the vehicle schedule
I assist in monitoring the administrative documents for all vehicles
I support the logistic officer in carrying out stock check and physical inventories
I pay volunteer weekly depending on the number of working days
I pay all staff salaries form end of the month after the validation the director
I keep all purchase file and make sure all receipt is complete before any payment is done 
Report daily the financial statues of the cash box and safe to the Accountant
Keep all financial document confidential
