Melvin Alfred

I am an experienced and certified Civil Engineer with over a decade under my belt. I am the Project Manager, currently managing a facility management outfit and i supervise the maintenance of over 2000 units of housing. Before delving into facility management, I handled core construction projects as the Construction Project Manager and Site Engineer, was also a QA/QC Inspector for multiple projects.


I possess a keen eye for detail and innovation and have expressed this in 2 major areas - initiating and designing the first ever election mobile app in Nigeria in 2018 and designing the first mobile app for the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) in 2018.

When I am not actively managing facilities or on construction sites, I enjoy looking at content around sailing, trading and leadership. I do excellently well at marketing of goods and service. i have brokered many deals in the real estate and automobile sector. I currently manage Tag sale (Yard sale) outfit in my country. in this industry of trade and marketing, i have traded goods worth over $80,000 in one year, increased sales volume, recruit customer interest to trade and market their goods on my platform and have built lasting client relationships. I am an excellent negotiator with a kin interest in profitability and satisfaction of my customers. i do not just sell goods and services, i educate follow up and utilize the value chain, making recommendations which is my greatest satisfaction in business.

I enjoy creating a work-life balance by constantly exercising, eating right, and enjoying diverse music.
