• Responsible for nucleic acids extraction, purification, qRT-PCR
of biological samples.
• Responsible for the routine estimation of CARDIAC markers
(Troponin I, T and D-dimer) in line with the ISO 15189.
• Operates SANSURE, MIC, BIONEER, BIO-RAD and ECOMAX qRTPCR thermocyclers for the purpose of SARS COV2, HIV, HBV,
HCV, HPV and HSV diagnosis.
• Responsible for the preparation of Laboratory protocols, job
aids and Levey Jennings chart for the monthly QC.

report to the management.
• Initiated an in-lab protocol that translated to about 50%
increase in profit for the organization.
