MAUREEN STEPHEN

My name is Hinaduguso Y Stephen, an English Education Graduate from Taraba Statement University. I have the ability to develop and support the development of others. Been a versatile Educator I have had the opportunity to instruct a variety of students from various background. I'm a compassionate teacher who remains sensitive to children's unique needs, provides individuals and whole group support,  and offer positive encouragement to keep students focused and motivated.
I'm a team player with the aptitude and flexibility to work independently where required.  I can work under pressure to meet set deadlines. I'm flexible and by taking part in this programe I hope to acquire the the ability and knowledge to add value and also offer value to the society and to make good productive decisions that will contribute to the growth of the society and country at large.

As an adept Teacher I have a well_ rounded skill set in lesson planning and honed talents in education and students counseling making me ideal fit for a teaching position.
-I Worked with parents to address outside issues that may impact student performance both academically and socially
-Assigned homework and administered exams to help students understand the course material and challenge their thinking process.
Communicated student progress to their parents.
-Collaborate with teachers and counselors to provide a quality educational experience both inside and outside the classroom.
- created a caring, trusting and comfortable atmosphere through constant concern for student's strengths, weaknesses and their learning style.
Over the past two years I worked with the election body of my country  that conducted the election for the sitting president as a unit officer. 
I've also participated in some leadership master class.
