I am a graduate of computer science from Ambrose Alli University with high energy, I am goal driven, and a great customer service professional with over 6 years experience in the banking sector,and Customer Service Relationship Management. Equipped with critical thinking, time management, team building and management skills to drive process improvements and ensure set goals are achieved.

I currently work with First Bank Nigeria Limited as the Head Financial Transactions and from my experience gathered i have been involved in the supervision of cash officers, Front and Bulk Tellers, money Transfers Transaction Officers and consistently met performance benchmarks in all areas ( speed, accuracy,volume). I am responsible for setting maximum standards,and coordinate activities of the service delivery team. I also ensure the effective implementation of bank wide policies with respect to branch operations services.   


 

My best skills and abilities include: Excellent  customer relationship management, Good oral and written communication skill, people management skill and critical thinking, knowledge of banking operations, problem solving and conflict resolution.
