Users' desires and needs are critical in the development of any product; they serve as the foundation upon which it is built. However, due to a misunderstanding of the underlying issue, attention is diverted away from the solution and floats in the wind.

I enjoy breaking down complex processes by empathizing with the user and seeing opportunities from their point of view in order to solve long-term user problems through collaboration, design, research, and teamwork.

During my time as a Junior Product Manager at Xerde Limited, I was mainly responsible for the completion of product research and requirements gathering in order to identify target customers and ideate new features; development, documentation, and implementation of user stories, and coordination development team. During my time in this role, I met and exceeded all business goals and objectives and finished all assigned tasks and projects within budget and in a timely manner.

I obtained my higher education at the University of Calabar, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance.
