Through my career, I have successfully managed end-to-end inventory/procurement processes in pharmacy and FMCG, like creating an inventory flow that works and manages over 12,000 products, to direct importation from China, identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. I have a proven track record of implementing strategic sourcing initiatives that have resulted in significant cost savings and I have lots of suppliers at service.
