I am writing to apply for the role of a senior Estate Surveyor. My name is Mariam Eletu and I have over ten years of experience in Real Estate Sales, letting, consulting, advising, facilities managment, property managment, project managment and estate surveying. 

Most recently, I’ve been working as Head of real estate Sales in Kam360 Degrees Realty, a company dedicated to servicing the needs of real estate investors. I handled over 50 clients, with advisory services, sourcing and closing of both commercial and residential properties for either personal use or investments purposes. I regularly follow up with developers to ensure they meet up with Delivery dates in other for my clients to take possession of thier properties and my clients see results and appreciate me for my efforts. For instance, a client recently purchased a property at Richmond gate, i over saw the completion of the apartment, took note of all the snags in the apartment and followed up with the developer to ensure the property was handed over in a pristine brand new condition, now the company manages the property for the client. 

I’ve appreciated my time at Kam360 Degrees Realty, but I’m eager to continue growing in my career. I’m now interested in finding a senior Estate Surveying job at a company that is more a real development company. I believe that the opportunity is at your firm, where I can more impactfully manage clients and contribute to the team’s strategy and leadership with my knowledge of real estate development.
