I am Mamatooki Yusuf. I am a business administration graduate of Bowen University Iwo, Osun State Nigeria; and I have completed my postgraduate programme (M.Sc. Marketing Management, University of Derby, United Kingdom). An educational background packed with quantitative analysis has provided me with exceptional knowledge that equips me well to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and others. • Responsible for daily operational services at the bank as well as ensuring daily monitoring of customers’ investments and funds.
• Ensuring an efficient running of daily banking transactions.
• Optimal utilization of bank’s financial resources and proper record/book-keeping of all customers’ transaction vouchers and deal slips.
• Opening, maintenance of customers’ bank accounts (Term Deposits, Demand Deposits, Savings Deposits and Diaspora) and confirming appropriate Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documentation.
• Judicious management of customers’ term deposits which involves confirmation of accrued interests upon maturity and rebooking or closures of investments at maturity or before maturity as per customers’ instruction.
• Cashflow and Fund management for the bank’s operations and acquisition activity. This involves ensuring accounts are funded to meet customers’ needs.
• Initiation of accurate customers’ funds transfer which involves ensuring proper due diligence is carried out before authorization of transfers and payments through proper signature verifications, account balances confirmation and ensuring proper control measures are in place.
