My name is Livia Chinaza Egoh. I'm a graduate of University of Nigeria Nsukka. I did my internship at University of Benin Teaching Hospital, Edo State. I did my one year National youth service corp at Central Hospital Agbor, Delta State. I'm currently working as Medical Laboratory Scientist at Somick Rhema Diagonistic center Benin City.

 I will describe myself as an ethusiastic, passionate and very confident person. I am very passionate about my profession and i posssess skills, excellent problem solving capabilities and qualities needed to excel in my profession. I am a fast learner and i have the zeal to learn from others and build up myself more.

Position: Medical Laboratory Scientist
Roles and responsibilities:
Routine Medical Laboratory Practice.
Assayed samples for Hematology, microbiology, chemical pathology and serology. 
Routine assessment/ investigations of patient’s samples and other clinical isolates to get result for the diagnosis, prognosis, treatments and managements of patients.  
Interpreted patient’s results to clinicians and patients. 
As part of QMS compliance, maintained the laboratory safety and quality assurance in line with standards. 
Proper sample collection for analysis such as phlebotomy, high vaginal swab, wound swab etc. 
Prepared media for sample culture.
