Report directly to nurse manager.
Proper record of all nursing duties/activities.
Proper medication administration.
Proper handling of all relevant information about a resident/patient.
Accurate medication record/accountability.
Skilled assessment of resident/patient and accurate recording of findings.
Use of electronic medication administration record sheet.
Responsible for the assessment of patient care needs.
Planning/implementing and evaluation of health care.
Responsible for primary health care giving and delivery of clinical responsibilities.
Provision of quality counsel and education of patients/staff on how to minimize the impact of a disease in line with best practices.
Refer patients to specialist when required.
Perform any other duty as may be assigned.

Nigeria registered nurse (RN) and also registered neuro psychiatric nurse (RPN) with good experience in long-term care, Hospital and industrial settings.
