Experience

Head of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit (EOD) Chemical Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Explosive (CBRNE), Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps. Dec 2018 till date.

• Exercise leadership capabilities by successfully motivating and inspiring others
• Establish the necessary arrangements for the implementation/execution of tactical plans in the event of an IED emergency
• Provide advice to the relevant authorities regarding the preparedness, maintenance, testing and implementation of emergence management plans
• Provide training and simulation exercises related to emergency preparedness
• Attending Joint Committee meetings on Improvised Explosive Device (JCIED ) with other stakeholders such as Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA), Nigerian Police, Nigerian Army, American Embassy, British Embassy etc, to analyze  IED incidents in Nigeria with a view to provide tactical support for the troops at the theater of operations in North East and other parts of Nigeria
• First responder to CBRNE emergencies
