Analyzing and interpreting information given by the customer accurately and making appropriate decisions from a range of options, ensuring that they are made without bias, prejudice or discrimination. To accurately identify problems and generate solutions, presenting balanced views and drawing reasoned conclusions. 
Progress chase-referrals on behalf of the customer, ensuring that where required responses are delivered within agreed timescales to specified standards. 
Engaging with other units within and outside the bank for prompt resolution of customer complaints and escalate complaints which require immediate action and resolution. 
Develop Email templates and telephone conversations within the guidelines of the Quality Assurance process to address each customer circumstance.
