My name is Kasim Jelila Confidence, I'm a graduate of  Mass Communication from Edo State University Uzairue, I have 2 years experience  as an Administrative Assistant  from the small and medium enterprises development agency of Nigeria and my skills in Customer Service.

My internship experience at the Stars Group been a Customer Service Representative for an Affiliate Marketing Agency allowed me to apply my theoretical knowledge in a practical setting, where I successfully satisfy customer interest and expectations.These experiences have honed my abilities and I am eager to leverage them.
