Removes all obstacles to project team efficiency and effectiveness; reach out to the larger organizational network for impediment removal and ensures cross-team coordination.
Experience
Coach, mentor, train and teach team members with diverse personalities and from different organizations on how to use Agile/Scrum practices at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for them and the organization
Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design strategies for adopting Agile best practices
Guide teams on how to stay on track with Agile techniques and use workshops for development teams, as well as for key stakeholders
Improved communications between development teams and collaborated with stakeholders to increase each team's velocity by adopting the lessons learned from each retrospective
Collaborate with Product Owners to support short- and long-term release planning and ensured the product backlog is groomed, prioritized, and maintained
Identify and assist development teams to remove blockers and Impediments
I organize, facilitate, and support all team events (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum,
Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective)
Create JIRA dashboards for my new teams to provide project visibility

Ensure that the teams on the Agile Release Train (ART) are prepared for program
Increment (PI) planning events and components coming out of those events
Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, standup meetings, Sprint reviews and retrospectives sessions.
Collaborate closely with Product Owner on backlog grooming to keep product backlog relevant and prioritized, ensuring acceptance criteria are agreed upon and stories are ready for sizing.
Use the Trello board to Manage project backlogs, assign and track user stories and compile releases
Protect the development team from outside distractions, impediments, or team conflicts, and maintain focus on the product backlog.
