I have a master's degree in Corporate Finance with a background in accounting as my first degree. Professionally, i have passed my ICAN skill level exams and will be completing my professional level exams by November 2023. I am a fellow of the Institute of Change Management and management consultant. 

WORK EXPIRIENCE 

 I have worked in different capacities since starting my career in 2022. I have a strong foundation in hotel accounting and financial management. I have held position of Financial Controller and even that of a Chief Financial Officer appointed by Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. In have being in managerial position in the last 16 years in the various places i have worked.

Experience

I have worked in many capacities and rose to the position of Financial Controller. The following are roles and duties i have deep experience, Account Receivable and Payable management, Preparation of Final account, Reports and analysis, cost control in hotel, hotel management and set up, tax filing such as VAT, WHT, Stamp Duty, Annual return, CIT and relief's, merger and acquisitions filings with Consumer protection board and Security and Exchange commission.

I am a registered freight forwarder and a member Nigeria Society of Economics (NSE)
