1. Henkel/Expand Global Industries ltd Ibadan, Nigeria

Position:   Assistant Warehouse Manager          April 2018 – December 2021

Responsibilities:

• Monitor inbound and outbound warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging materials and Finished goods
• Ensure physical stock of Finished goods receipt from production tallies with the system stock
• Prepare daily stock report for all stake holders
• Work in collaboration with materials planner and production team to ensure there is no stock out or obsolete materials due to over stocking
• Ensure al physical goods received are posted into SAP
• Ensure compliance to safety standard in all warehouse operations 
• Management of 3PL to ensure cost are within the budget limit
• Ensure warehouse capacity utilization are maintained in all the warehouses
• Perform weekly, monthly and yearly stock count exercise as regard by the business

Responsibilities:

• Ensure physical stock of Finished goods receipt from production tallies with the system stock.
• Prepare daily stock report for all stake holders.
• Ensure al physical goods received are posted into SAP
• Ensure compliance to safety standard in all warehouse operations. 
• Management of 3PL to ensure cost are within the budget limit.
• Perform weekly, monthly and yearly stock count exercise as regard by the business.
• Coordinate audit activities for all warehouse
• Provide monthly update on slow moving stock.
• Ensure stock are well managed to avoid write off.  

1. British American Tobacco, Ibadan                  Feb 2016 – June 2017

     Position: Export Desk coordinator

    Responsibility:

• Plan and monitor weekly and export schedule for sea, road and air shipment with freight forwarders
• Work with warehouse team at ensuring that all export loading are completed as per schedule
• Prepare weekly vessel position for the management
• Monitor trucks coming with empty containers at ensuring they arrive on schedule and dispatched loaded containers back to the port
• Work with government agencies on pre-shipment inspection

3. British American Tobacco, Ibadan                   Nov 2009 – Jan 2016

      Position: Head of Finished goods warehouse

     Responsibilities: 

• Monitor Inbound and outbound warehouse operation
• Coordinate weekly and monthly Finished goods stock take activities
• Utilization of SAP warehouse management system to receive, store, track and issuance of stock
• Ensure strict adherence to FIFO inventory control
• Serve as an interface between customers service department, sales and distribution department in meeting up with daily, weekly and monthly sales target. Report to management on daily dispatch activities
• Ensure prompt loading and dispatch of export trucks to various seaport are achieved
• Work with government agency(customs) at ensuring that the company do not under or overpay excise duty
• Management of warehouse resources and personnel at ensuring that overhead cost is within the budget plan
• Ensure safety standard compliance
• Ensure 100% inventory record accuracy in the warehouse

 Position: Warehouse Supervisor (Raw and pack materials)

Responsibilities:

• Support on prompt receipt of materials from various suppliers to avoid demurrage
• Ensure physical stock materials received are posted into SAP 
• Ensure materials requisition for production use are supplied promptly and put away in SAP
• Ensure maximum utilization of warehouse space
• Facilitate timely and accurate monthly stock count activities

      Position: Warehouse Executive

     Responsibilities: 

• Receive and check materials deliveries, issuance, tracking and update of stock report
• Received and put away of materials in the warehouse with SAP WM system
• Ensure materials received are delivered according to specifications
• Ensure safety standard is maintained to prevent accident 
• Perfume stock count as at when needed
